Outdoor amenities include a new pavilion, offices, facilities, storage, multi-purpose fields, hard courts, playgrounds, new parking areas, a parent loop, a bus loop, play amenities, exterior walkways and canopies, underground utilities, a storm water drainage system, landscaping, irrigation, and site lighting.
